How do I install BopiSafe?

Install from the Shopify App Store. After install, the BopiSafe Hub walks you through a 4-step setup: connect pickup locations, install the theme app extension, set per-product fulfillment rules, and go live. Optional capacity caps take another 2 minutes if you use them.

Does BopiSafe work with my theme?

BopiSafe works with all Online Store 2.0 themes. After install, the BopiSafe Hub runs a compatibility check and reports any blockers.

How do I uninstall?

Uninstall BopiSafe from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Once uninstalled, all merchant data is permanently deleted 30 days after the shop/redact webhook is received. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Where is my data stored?

On AWS US-East-1 (PostgreSQL on Neon) and Fly.io US-East. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. See the Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.

Do you support multi-location stores?

Yes. BopiSafe is built around per-location capacity and per-location fulfillment rules. Each Shopify location can be independently configured.

Do I need to use cart splitting?

No. If everything you sell can ship, most stores just use BopiSafe for real-time per-store stock, an in-cart store picker, and locking the chosen store into native checkout — on every plan. The cart split only kicks in when a cart actually mixes pickup-only and shipping items; if your carts never mix, you never see it.
