Common questions
How do I install BopiSafe?
Install from the Shopify App Store. After install, BopiSafe will guide you through enabling pickup at your locations, choosing default fulfillment rules, and activating the theme app extension.
Does BopiSafe work with my theme?
BopiSafe works with all Online Store 2.0 themes. After install, the app runs a compatibility check and reports any blockers.
How do I uninstall?
Uninstall BopiSafe from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Once uninstalled, all merchant data is permanently deleted 30 days after the shop/redact webhook is received. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?
On AWS US-East-1 (PostgreSQL on Neon) and Fly.io US-East. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. See the Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
Do you support multi-location stores?
Yes. BopiSafe is built around per-location capacity and per-location fulfillment rules. Each Shopify location can be independently configured.
